Navigating the rental world of Houston can be more than exhausting and understanding your rights as a tenant is something that will help you understand if you’re making the right decision when picking your next home.

Luckily we know a thing or two about all of those things. Not only do we educate you on the local market area but we do all of the research upfront even before application to make sure you are a good candidate for the property of your choice

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

  • The first priority is to schedule a call so we can go over your wants and needs. During this call we’ll go over current market data, and average rental price point based on the part of Houston you want to live in.

  • Once you’ve completed your call you’ll be set up with access to your custom portal. This will allow you to see homes that fit the criteria that we specifically discussed.

  • Once you’ve picked 3-5 homes and we’ve reviewed their tenant requirements we’ll schedule tours!

  • Time to apply. The application process can vary from home to home. However you will receive an email from our team that breaks down how you will apply for the home of your choice.

  • You’ve been accepted! Now it’s time to move in. We’re not done yet. If you need any assistance with needed vendors we can provide you with our recommended vendors that we have built a relationship with!
